Do I have to book after submitting?
No. Submitting starts the price check. The goal is to show you the best available locked price before you decide whether to book.
How does Price Lock shop providers?
Price Lock compares qualified local providers serving your ZIP code and pickup window. Provider availability varies by market, so the ZIP code check matters.
What makes a provider qualified?
Providers must meet minimum Google rating and review-count standards, serve your ZIP code, be available for your pickup window, and honor locked pricing when the submitted scope matches the onsite job.
What should I upload?
A short video is best. Walk slowly around the pile, show large items up close, step back for scale, and show stairs, elevators, gates, tight hallways, or long carries. Photos work too if they show the full scope clearly.
Do I need a full address?
A ZIP code is enough to start. A provider may need the full address later to confirm service availability and arrival details.
What jobs need custom review?
Demolition, hoarding, estate cleanouts, hazardous materials, pianos, safes, unusually heavy debris, poor visibility, hidden-volume jobs, or large multi-truck projects may need custom review.
