How Price Lock works
Price Lock gives customers the savings of shopping around without doing the shopping around. You submit the job once, providers compete on the same scope, and the best available price gets locked before booking.
Show what needs to go, the full pile or rooms, large items, and the access path.
Your ZIP code and pickup window determine which qualified providers can be checked.
The job is compared against qualified providers serving your area and timing.
You receive the best available locked price, or a practical range when custom review is needed.
Book with a qualified provider after you know the price path.
Scope-match rule
The locked price depends on the onsite job matching the photos, video, notes, access details, and timing submitted. If the job is bigger, hidden, heavier, hazardous, or different than submitted, pricing may need review.
Qualified providers only
Price Lock does not route jobs to random haulers. Provider quality standards protect customers from choosing the cheapest bad option.
Provider rating standards help filter low-quality operators.
Enough review history to show real customer experience.
The provider must serve the ZIP code submitted.
The provider must be able to handle the requested timing.
The provider must honor the locked price when scope matches.
The job is handled by a qualified junk removal provider.
Walk slowly. Show the full pile. Move closer on large or unclear items. Include stairs, elevators, gates, hallways, and distance to where the truck can park.
Submit the job once and let Price Lock shop qualified providers for the best available locked price.
